Training Services

IRCA specializes in developing and delivering training solutions to assist supervisory, organizational and occupational staff to grow identified competencies. Our training is designed utilizing recognized industry standard methodologies such as the ADDIE Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology along with innovative technology tools.

Our training development process is based on adult learning principles to ensure that the maximum knowledge transfer occurs. Our instructional designers work with organizations to determine the training approach that best suits their needs to reach the designated audience. Completion of a needs analysis allows us to quickly assess key factors such as objectives, budgets, timeframes, and available resources. This information allows us to assist our clients to make final decisions for the best solution for their intended audience.

As a full-service vendor, IRCA is a single resource for all training requirements. After curriculum development, IRCA can also fulfill the production requirements of the final deliverables, thus, ensuring the quality of all training materials. IRCA has the capability to produce print (facilitator and participant guides), e-learning, and web-based deliverables, as well as supplemental products such as posters or banners to create a stimulating training environment.

Additionally, IRCA has a team of experienced instructors to assist in the delivery of course content. Our certified instructors have proven training and facilitation skills, coupled with real world experience. They are prepared to deliver instructor-led training (ILT) or, if required, conduct Train-the-Trainer (TtT) sessions for your in-house training personnel.
